I just returned from a two week visit to the Southern Tier counties of Upstate New York to visit family (with side quests to the Finger Lakes region and Scranton, PA.) The weather early on was classic Upstate summer weather -- about 29.5 C with high humidity and rain showers (and sometimes thunder) for an hour or two some days. So, whew, I know what Europe must be experiencing right now. Fortunately, my family has acquired air conditioning, which was certainly not true when I was growing up. Do what you can to stay cool, and I hope the weather breaks soon!
